we loved our stay at boutique house. it’s our second time here, and it exceeded our expectations with its perfect location near temples and markets. the staff were really helpful, and our superior double room was spacious and clean.

i was expecting a complimentary gesture for all my trouble but alas, just disappointment. and to top it off, our bed was barely comfortable, hard as a rock. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't!

charming location

Couple's retreat at a charming spot

I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, especially the little cafe across the road, perfect for coffee in the morning. The hidden restaurant, like a cubby house, was a gem, with delicious food and amazing service.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it is still acceptable.

I enjoyed my stay for 4 nights in a Beautiful Double Room. The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The pool was a great spot to relax after exploring. It's close to Chiang Mai Gate market and the Saturday Night Walking Street. The staff were super helpful.

We enjoyed the clean pool area, perfect for cooling off with the kids. The location was fantastic, close to many eateries that were family-friendly. Our three little ones loved the convenience of grabbing snacks nearby after a day of exploring the local attractions.

My wife says that the beds were quite uncomfortable.
