It's our second time here, and it was great with its perfect location near temples and markets. The staff were really helpful, and our superior double room was spacious and clean.

I was expecting a complimentary gesture for all my trouble but alas, just disappointment. And to top it off, our bed was barely comfortable, hard as a rock. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't!

It's inexpensive and in the old city. It has a refrigerator and the room was clean.
It's noisy, both from within the hotel and from outside. There is a pool which some might like, but when your room is a few feet from it, the noise and water that come into the room are annoying. The hotel has an open plan and is located near a busy corner with a lot of traffic and noise. The young staff at the front desk try to be helpful, but their English is extremely limited. After three days, I relocated to a cheaper, quieter, more peaceful hotel down the street with an English speaking staff and private balcony. There are lots of other equally cheap and better hotels in quieter locations on the same street.

Couple's retreat at a charming spot
I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, especially the little cafe across the road, perfect for coffee in the morning. The hidden restaurant, like a cubby house, was a gem, with delicious food and amazing service.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it is still acceptable.

Very Clean room. Bathroom very clean and very clean shower cubicle. Daily housekeeping. Tv. Free wifi. Location. Would definitely stay again.
Just off the main road so a little traffic noise as is used as a through road to main road. Open plan corridors to room doors as appears to be common in middle range Thai hotels so it can be a bit noisy with passing guests.

Clean, brand-new hotel, I loved normal double and good-sized rooms and very flexible staff. Everything was perfect, and the breakfast was above average with a different fresh juice. The location was amazing and excellent, close to Chiang Mai Gate. The property itself was in an excellent area, adjacent to day and night market such as the Waulai Saturday market, Sunday Market, Night Bazaar, Thapae Gate and temples inside the moat.

This hotel is in the old city part of Chiang Mai and is well placed. The rooms are large.
The breakfast is a bit sparse... they did offer cooked breakfast but it was very basic and the other options were almost non existant.

We enjoyed the clean pool area, perfect for cooling off with the kids. The location was fantastic, close to many eateries that were family-friendly. Our three little ones loved the convenience of grabbing snacks nearby after a day of exploring the local attractions.
My wife says that the beds were quite uncomfortable.
